Okay, what were they thinking? Doing a spoof using telenova style acting, using an anglo guy doing hispanic?
Conan O'Brien, a brilliant comedian, tried it in short spoofs when he got the Tonight Show and it fell flat.
My issue with this is not with the actors or director or writer. It is that doing a spoof on this really is a one-joke situation. After a few moments, we get it.
What holds it all together after that is Will Ferell who is always entertaining to watch.
