I watched this movie about 10 yrs ago. My brother had that VHS. I was only a kid so I can't remember if it came first on television and then on VHS. All your lovable cartoon characters like Winnie the Pooh, the Smurfs, Alf, Alvin and the Chipmunks, Garfield, and many others teach children about drugs and its negative consequences. I can't remember much of the plot.
Its a nice cartoon, even though it might have a few flaws, but you know, every cartoon has some flaws. Nobody's perfect.
