You know when the trailer is better than the film? Yeah, I believe this was an example. Cars 3 was good, it could've been amazing, but it was still good. I should have believed McQueen was going to be the legend to top Jackson Storm for his final race, but I believe now that he was better off a teacher for someone even better(aka Cruz Ramirez).
That Doc Hudson flip that Cruz inflicted truly summed up that fact. Whether it was McQueen, or Cruz, I was satisfied to see Storm defeated.
