A step up from "Cars 2", though a minor one. The "Cars" franchise is an interesting one in that it has staying power while it disappoints in comparisons to other Disney/Pixar films.
I guess I have a harder time relating to talking and racing automobiles. Still, the animation is top notch and the story does offer some poignant and entertaining moments.
