Review of Cars 3 (2017) by Davidtejada — 01 Jul 2017

The good news are that Cars 3 comes with a vast improvement over the predecessor and also it brings more significant values than the last two movies, making it an almost-satisfying conclusion for the franchise's lovers. And YES, we do have our favourites cars back as Lighting McQueen or Sally after almost a decade of absence (discounting 2011's "Cars 2") and the great induction of the new racer Ramirez, who was spectacular, funny and TRULY OPTIMISTIC. Thing that I LOVED about her.

Maybe some flaws are that even though it improved, is STILL some of the MOST MEDIOCRE Pixar's movies rated to date and also it just follows "Cars formula" by making the same jokes (with Mate...), inducting so many characters and stories, the races without the same fascinating impact as it used to be and it still managed a SLOW DEVELOPMENT OF THE STORY. (The first half was predictable and a little forced, fortunately it improved a little bit on the second half).

So overall I believe that this movie did not disappoint at all (as most critics say), because it shows the young viewers that dreams can become true if you keep trying and also if you have the support of friends, true friends...
