I liked Cars 2 and that's why I didn't have the slightest problem going to the next part of the cinema and I'm very glad that I did. Cars 3 are not only better than the second part, but overall, in my opinion, it is the best part of the whole series.
The animation is beautiful and the story is excellent. Although the soundtrack doesn't surpass the first part, it's fine, but the whole thing saves the story I don't want to spoiler, so I won't say more.
An excellent film for me, and if you didn't like number two, you don't have to worry. The film returns more to number one and you don't even have to see the second part, because there is probably no mention of it at all.
