If you loved the 1st Cars movie, you'll love the 3rd, it was 10x better than the 2nd! It's much more sentimental feeling if you're very attached to the original. I mean the 2nd was ok but it was NOWHERE near as good as Cars 1 & 3!!
If you haven't seen Cars 2, you could just skip it, it really just matters that you've seen the original before watching the 3rd one.
I was 11 when the original Cars came out, I'm almost 23 now.
Trust me, if you loved 1, you'll love 3.
