Review of Cars (2006) by Johnathon W — 22 Feb 2013

Charming animated film that is only held back by a predictable story. While serviceable, it doesn't have near the surprises other Pixar classics, like "Finding Nemo" or "The Incredibles", had.

Thankfully, the animation is gorgeous, along with a top-notch vocal cast (Paul Newman as an aging race-car....BRILLIANT) and an attention to detail that actually makes this one of the best films about racing ever made.

While not perfect, still a lot of fun from beginning to end.
