Think about it. This movie is about a world run by cars. How would that even work? It's hard to focus on the story when the whole premise is so distracting. Characters? What characters? There were none, they had little to no impact on the story and just wasted screen time.
The logic in these "characters" is also kind of weird, like how McQueen doesn't pull over when a cop is chasing him (yeah, great message for the kids) and how being held against your will transforms so drastically.
I don't understand this movie.
