After a rousing opening scene, the movie degenerates into a slow-paced, dull, unimaginative slice of life film complete with backwater pickup trucks, which - I don't know if it's just me - completely squanders the potential of a world of CG cars.
A prime example of a high concept that has not been carefully thought through.
