This is an unnecessary sequel to one of pixars lesser films. the plot just doesn't work as a whole, I think they forgot Lightening Mcqueen is the interesting character. the plot is not very interesting and proves to be pixars first bona fide miss. the film did make money but instead of doing something interesting they chose to retread the first & throw in some silly secret agent plotting.
The cast is good as normal but I think this series has run its course, hopefully if they do choose to continue the series they will better develop the story.
