Review of Cars 2 (2011) by Peter P — 15 Oct 2012
You can call this Cars 2, or you can call it by its real title, THE MATER SHOW, which is basically what it is, with everyone from the first one and Michael Caine along for the ride. But here is the thing, that is a good thing.
It is funny, looks great, boast great voice work and has a nice little message about not being afraid to be yourself, so although it is not Pixar's best, it is still a well made film that is worthy of the first one.
