Review of Cars 2 (2011) by David O — 22 Dec 2012
A fun adventure, that is good for the kids and allows the adults to let go and feast in a visual treat with a franchise that can't go very wrong. This may not be the sequal people would have wanted but its the sequel that couldn't ruin its predecessor due to the fun and imaginative world its set in.
Its a nice change of pace for Pixar as there aren't any emotional holds giving a return to the family fun like with A Bugs Life and Monsters Inc.
