The (ahem) ingenuity, emotional depth, majesty and personal messages that made Cars one of Pixar's best pictures have been sucked dry with this sequel, with it only offering it's visuals and some frustratingly small clever ideas, making a talented voice cast go to waste in an appalling, basic script.
