Entertaining, action-packed sequel, shifting gear from sports underdog story to spy thriller. There are some violent moments which are a tad unnecessary, but that is dampened by the fact they're cars of course.
It may be a bit long, but it's a fun and sometimes funny adventure aimed at SMALL CHILDREN. It might well be a cash in, but it's a sleek and beautifully animated cash in with a lot going on worthy of multiple watches.
