With tired and ludicrous spy plot, overexposed Mater, so-so humor and lack of any genuine emotion or interesting story, this Cars sequel is barely watchable film that is not only worse than its quite solid predecessor, but also the worst and definitely the only bad film by all means to come from the mighty Pixar.
It has expectedly dazzling animation and some good moments, but it is overall a sorry chapter for both the franchise and the studio, the film that is incredibly shallow, overblown and boring.
