A pleasant, enjoyable sequel that expands the world of "Cars" while giving a spotlight to some-"car" else. Fueled with a talented cast and the energy they bring, next to nice action bits and exquisite tone for a spy flick. Unfortunately, however, it's Pixar least yet as both the writing and the narrative pace are flawed while overstaying its welcome when overdoing it. It's basically rusty since the heartening spirit from its predecessor wasn't refresh. (B+).
