It is a bit busy, lots of fun and still has its heart. All the haters, that's fine, but if you just want a good time I suggest it.
I LOVE when they are in Japan especially the restroom scene with Mater. If you have been to Japan or an otaku of sorts you will appreciate it.
Is among Pixar's best, no way. In fact it is near the bottom if not the bottom, but for Pixar that is head and shoulders better than most others output. I feel confident if you go in just looking for a great time you will enjoy it.
If I may be a bit sexist here, it likely will appeal to young boys or men who are young at heart most of all.
