In a word: mediocre. Cars 2 sticks with less interesting storylines (Mater's ridiculous espionage escapades) and neglects what might possibly have provided something decent (McQueen's rivalry during the World Grand Prix) to provide us with a show that's not very special, remarkable, or re-watchable.
