Review of Carrie (2013) by Brandonbonasera — 21 Jan 2014
The 2013 remake of Brian De Palma's classic and adaptation of Stephen King's novel of the same name makes up for enjoyable viewing, with decent performances and cinematography. But unfortunately, Carrie is damaged by poor casting, a lack of scares and plenty of unnecessary CG.
Though it is certainly flawed, I still enjoyed this unnecessary remake.
