Review of Carrie (2013) by Michele R — 12 Apr 2014
A most excellent re-imagining of the King story. The major difference (and what sets the film apart from the 70s original) is that Carrie is shown working to develop her powers and is much less naive overall.
This casts her as more morally ambiguous, and adds depth to the character.
