Tom Arnold plays another one of his characters in Carpool. He always chooses the unique or obscure comedies to star in. I think he just likes them the most judging by his recent autobiographical in some sense tale The Kid and I.
This is just classic Tom Arnold. You should check it out if you like him otherwise you might not like it at all since most of the scenes include him in it.
