Review of Carousel (2013) by Anna N — 31 Aug 2007
I had to favourite this movie, because I couldn't very well give it a good rating, now, could i?
Annoying acting, some annoying numbers, (some vegan nightmare numbers,).
But also some gorgeous numbers,.
And characters portrayed in a light too scarce amid our theatrical pedestals.
The message is underdeliverred, nowadays, and the way in which they deliverred it would get the film into huge trouble in our day and age.
Happiness is, indeed, spiritual, though... flowing from far beneath where people's treatment of us can penetrate so long as we have something truly better than these sickly messages to believe in.
A sincere and intense outward flow of Love from the pure Source will fill us to where the confusions of those lost around us cannot harm us, and we go where we're needed.
The opposite of happiness isn't sadness. implosion, perhaps, but not sadness. passion is nourishment. ... and the wisest passions will lead us to the peace to satiate without robbing our fuel.
"in the end, these three remain: faith, hope, and love;.
But the greatest of these is love.".
