A grown-up, girly film that's a literary adaptation from eminent author Patricia Highsmith. Cate Blanchette delivers the eponymous protagonist emotionally complex character with impeccable panache.
Rooney Mara brings Therese Belivet to life through her intelligent performance too. A ladies film through and through methinks.
