Review of Carnival of Souls (1962) by Dan D — 12 May 2009

This movie is actually put together pretty well considering it was made over the course of 3 weeks on a small budget. But still, it was at times very slow, and very confusing. It's hard to identify with the main character because she can become so distant in some scenes.

There is never a real explanation of what happens, but the viewer can get the gist of it, and considering it was made in 1962, it's a pretty interesting story.
