Review of Carnage (2014) by Robin T — 21 Jun 2012
Brilliantly choreographed movie about two couples who come together to discuss a playground fight that occurred between their sons. What starts as a civil discussion of how to work the incident report and when to get the boys back together for an apology, gradually morphs into vicious attacks on childrearing, relationships and yes, even cooking skills! Jodie Foster delivered a strong performance as a woman who struggles to be the voice of reason while being the most unreasonable of the group.
Great study in human foibles and insecurities.
