Review of Carnage (2014) by Steve W — 21 Jul 2012
There are a Lawyer, a Transactor, a Seller of house furniture and a Social Activist Writer, all "locked" in a houe. It's the beginning of a joke? Nope! It's the beginning of the last Polanski's movie.
With only four actors and a house to keep the attention two things are needed: great rythm and great ability from the actors. These two characteristics are fully respected and in fact the film does not bore or tire you at all.
The only difficult thing for the spectator is follwing completely the steps of the discussions, because they change frequently but they continuously recall what has been said five minutes earlier, as really happens during real discussions.
Great job from the scriptwriter to do this!
