Review of Carnage (2014) by Petros K — 24 Aug 2012

Carnage delivers some decent laughs and features nice performances by Jodie Foster, Christoph Walz, John Reilly, & Kate Winslett.

However, there is also a surprising lack of depth and substance. It's all very one-dimensional and long before the credits roll, the entire thing gets to be very tiresome.

It isn't a crime to expect better from a star-studded cast like this and a director of Polanski's caliber... Unfortunately, it just didn't work this time around.
