Review of Carnage (2011) by Pablo E — 20 Jan 2014
Polanski really manages to capture the elusive feel of a play on screen in this interesting, engaging and witty feature. As tensions mount and each character continually switches allegences in an attempt to exert authority or save face a parental discussion decends into total choas.
Don't expect a blockbuster movie but great performances from Foster and Winslet keep this an engrosing and fun 'play on film'.
