If it wasn't for the presence of two of my favourite actresses, Kate Winslet, and Jodie Foster, I would have given this a wide berth. I was left feeling a bit underwhelmed by it, and was surprised to read that it had been rated rather highly.
It was mostly set in one room and the dialogue seemed to revolve around sick quite a lot. The hamster scene at the end was a nice tough, though!
