Carlos Mencia's Performance Enhanced is a fantastic film that is meant to help men born with "Smaller Packages" deal with their faults. Carlos Mencia, world renowned comedian with small testicles, does a great job in letting men know that it's not the size that counts, it's how many of your family members hopped the border.
