Watching this, I must've said "No way." in my head a hundred times. It's pretty intriguing. I wonder at which point states suddenly threw their hands up to say "We don't negotiate with terrorists." Cos in the 70s, it seems that's all they did. Strange times.
But just on the merits of film-making alone, very tastefully done, this. High-five, Assayas.
