This film brought me back many flashbacks to the news stories of the terrorist attacks in Europe during the mid 70s, by Carlos, known as the Jackal. Most of his stunts could not be repeated with today's higher security measures now being implemented.
He earned notoriety by masterminding the attack at the 1979 OPEC conference. Carlos is a brilliant & gripping film, as time flew by during the 6 hour screening, punctuated by two 15 minute breaks, to allow the audience to catch it's breath.
