Part I builds up an interesting story with characters that you care about. Part II is the action an hour and half of straight up thrilling action. Part III loses all the characters that you know and doesnt have the same momentum that part I and II had.
Carlos is way to long and fails like most bio pics with throwing so many characters at you that you don't really know whats going on any more. Edgar Ramirez is unbelievably good and I am excited to see what he does next but Part III is the only thing holding this film back.
