8/10: This is the terrorists' version of Spielberg's Munich (2005) and similar to Mesrine (2008), is divided into 3 parts. The action is fast and furious and the details are amazing, from costumes, to hairstyles, cars, buildings, atmosphere, it feels so 70's.
Exceptional acting from Edgar Ramirez - he makes "Carlos" a righteous humanitarian revolutionary and he switch from English to Spanish, then German, then Arabic, and then French, with seamless effort.
To fully enjoy, watch the complete 329mins version and not the theatrical "condensed" release of 175mins. Another fantastic French production!
