Review of Carlito's Way (1993) by Aurelius D — 18 Apr 2009
Just goes to show that some people don't have all the luck. Pacino plays another mobbed up guy only this time he's Puerto-Rican...which lets face it it's Pacino whose going to argue? The story follows him just trying to get his life back on track and get his woman back.
He doesn't want to do bad things he is rehabilitated. If only the other hooligans had gotten the memo and left him alone. Quite the break out film for John Leguizamo, sure he had been in a bunch of stuff before but going head to head with Pacino? Lets face it that makes a career.
