Review of Carlito's Way (1993) by Donald A — 19 May 2011
A solid film about a man who wants to go clean after being released from jail, but circumstances keep pulling him back into crime. Al Pacino is up to his great acting in this alongside a few other actors/actresses worth knowing such as Sean Penn and Penelope Ann Miller.
However the movie, like DePalma's "Scarface", is a bit overlong.
