Whilst this wasn't bad, it certainly wasn't good either. Plot is threadbare at the start (who is the guy and why does he do what he does?), there is a twist two-thirds in that really tries to be clever but doesn't really work, and after that we race toward the expected ending.
The torture scenes didn't really fit in at times - take girl out of room, subject her to nasty stuff until girl blacks-out and then cut to girl back in her room. Repeat.
