Review of Captain Phillips (2013) by Quinlan R — 23 Oct 2015

This is QR at you with another review of captain Phillips or to me I call it captain Tom hanks. Note their may be spoilers so if you have not seen it (which your should) watch it it's a masterpiece of work even though it has a lot of killing.

Captain Tom hanks is about this father that goes to a cargo ship which he the captain to go to Africa its somewhere on the east I'm not sure, anyway Tom hanks crew get invaded by pirates as they call them (muse) is the captain of the Pirates. Muse is from a poor place with his other crew members they plain to go and get the cargo ship and get money. Tom hanks get kidnapped by the muse and the crew trow him in a life boat and they all go. Meanwhile the navi finds out about this and try to take Tom hanks back home.

This film, it's not for kids at all so wait till their older to watch it and I'm an adult an I got even scared and also it's based on a true story.

Tom hanks needs more than woody he so good that I would give him a job by just watching 5 minutes in to the movie. And give him a job.

Now when I think about Tom hanks doing a Toy story 4 it's unnecessary he needs more like this.

His Phillips character shows that he cares about his family his friends. He was crying in the end of the movie well of corse because he was tortured by muse and his gang.

Their where some parts that made me chuckle and if that didn't happen I would give this a 5/5 the reason it's supposed to be a serious problem one part was when (this is a spoiler) when the navy kill muse three friends when almost killing Tom hanks at the right moment the navy kill the three of muse people. Muse was on the navy boat already. 2 minutes later Tom screams seeing muse friends all dead with blood all over him and he does a scream that made me chuckle I wish they fixed that.

I give this movie 4/5 with awesome story telling, awesome acting, character development, tenses when it needed to be.
