Review of Captain Marvel (2019) by Gameanalyzer — 08 Mar 2019
A movie is meant to entice its audience with stuff that makes way for its characters to be explored. With Captain Marvel, one of the major issues lurks with this aspect and that's not helping it when we see the bigger picture in Endgame.
The dialogues without the character being fleshed out felt out of place at many instances. The other major issue prevails in the messy structure and pacing towards the climactic build-up that leaves the viewers scratching their heads.
The heroics marketing and capitalizing on its 'higher-further-faster' theme does not have enough justice or engage with the audience watching it. I feel this as a total wash-out with the already tested formula using the female led superhero aspect as its only true distinction from the rest and that to its unfair advantage.
A clear disservice to MCU fans.
