Review of Captain Blood (1935) by Steve S — 13 Apr 2011
***1/2 (out of four).
Good 'ol Old Fashioned swashbuckling yarn with a charismatic Errol Flynn and the beautiful Olivia De Havilland. It is fun and exciting.
An English doctor is captive on a ship. He and his fellow prisoners rise up and take over the ship.
The acrobatics are well staged and the the chemistry between Flynn and De Havilland is undeniable.
