Meh. 3 uninspired stars. Marvel continues to mail it in on their "serious" licenses. Not as boring as the stuffy and over bombastic Advengers or the tired and worn Ironman series but no where near as fun or fresh as Guardians of the Galaxy, Winter Soldier is worth a rental.
