Review of Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) by Brian G — 19 May 2016

I have no words to describe how much Captain Amercia: The Winter Soldier managed to not just entertain me, but also resonate within me and I appreciate the Russo Brothers for taking a big risk in changing up the status quo of the fascinating, escapist world of Marvel.

The stakes here are big, the emotional toll is real and compelling, and everything else from dangerous conspiracies to the different ideologies of both heroes and villains make up a very superior entry to this popular franchise.

Lest I forget how much the suspense, fast action, and affecting drama also make the other movies preceding The Winter Soldier, child's play. I am very much willing to give this a perfect rating, because it caught me by surprise, exceeded my expectations, developed our beloved characters, and complicated matters worse for the heroes (which is a good thing).

And as a closing remark, no Marvel movie that has already released to this day can compete to this masterpiece.
