It's easily the best Marvel movie so far, and The Winter Soldier is a brilliant action movie in its own right. With political themes that represent the real world we live in, it succeeds in making you forget you're watching a man in stripes, and makes you believe the world this movie takes place in could actually exist. And that's quite the feat.
