Arguably one of the best MCU films out there, the winter soldier takes it's shit seriously and doesn't care if it ties in with the MCU. people say the actions is as good as the action in the raid but it's definitely not. the winter soldier is probably the best marvel villain to date and probably the best we will ever get.
Owens grade: B+.
