Not just one of the best comic book movies, but one of the best political-thrillers, and one of the best movies of the year. Amazing acting, amazing story, amazing visuals. The Winter Soldier is Marvel Studios "The Dark Knight".
I transcends a genre into new territories and with it enhances the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe and The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. television show. It changes everything you think you know about this universe and our own.
Calling it realistic would be far-fetched, but it truly is inspired by our own government and it's secrets.
