Ultimately forgettable with a boring villain (the winter guy). I appreciate the meta-plot and cautionary tale about the danger of data mining and mass-surveillance in the name of good, only to be misused by bad actors.
The WWII-era (spoiler warning) brain computer was pretty hard to swallow, just from a technical standpoint.
