Review of Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) by Christian C — 23 Jul 2018
Captain America: The Winter Soldier is the MCU's best film to date. The Russo brothers' three MCU films (plus Avengers 4, but that hasn't come out as of this writing) have all been in my top five MCU films and this is their best. It is thrilling and produces my favorite Marvel character: The Winter Soldier (later White Wolf) as well as Alexander Pierce who is a great, and thought provoking villain. Chris Evans and Scarlett Johansson work great as there roles and create a laugh in every scene they're in together. Overall, The Winter Soldier is a thrilling entry into the MCU with great villains and even a few laughs.
