Agree to disagree, these movies would not be what they are without such great characters. What Marvel does best is expand on its characters. Speaking of expanding on character, this film does it masterfully.

For Cap's second outing, it was a very wise choice to have everything he thought he knew, flipped on his head. Not only is this an epic superhero film, it's also a great espionage thriller. The winter soldier as a villain is incredibly badass, and the writing and direction are? superb.
