Review of Captain America: The First Avenger (2011) by Kyle C — 04 Apr 2014

Has the Super Hero movie run it's course, not yet, but it is getting close, but, on the up side, at least one of them is actually watchable. I give Chris Evans a lot of credit because when I saw that he was cast in the lead role I was kind of iffy, but he actually did a good job.

Now, the character himself isn't all that exciting, and neither is the villain for that matter, but the story keeps you interested enough where it's not boring. Hugo Weaving plays the typical Super Hero movie bad guy, but then again, he always plays the bad guy so it shouldn't be that big of a task.

The supporting cast are all good too, but it's another Super Hero movie to add to the list, of course, this one is just a lead in to The Avengers which comes out next year, so I'm sure a lot will be saved for that, still it is watchable and somewhat entertaining so I at least have to RECOMMEND it.
